Trying out the Workout

So, instead of starting with the Gym, I did intervals instead. I think tml night I'll be doing the gym. Whew, the 3 reps of 60 seconds with 3 minutes break, don't underestimate it. It's not that easy if you really go all out. I psycho-ed myself thinking that I'm in some sprinting competition. Before the intervals, I did a 1.6km warmup followed by a 1.6km run. Ok...going to cool down and take a shower.
